- AI scoring & recommendations are advisory
5. Employer Terms
- Only genuine, legal, non-discriminatory jobs allowed
- No spam, misleading roles, or hidden commissions
- No scraping or resale of candidate data
- Professional & lawful communication only
6. AI Tools & Recommendations
Talvera Hire uses AI to analyze resumes, score profiles, match candidates and generate improved resumes. These tools:

- ✔ Do not guarantee accuracy
- ✔ Are not legal or professional advice
7. Prohibited Activities
- Uploading illegal or copyrighted content
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated extraction
- Account sharing or unauthorized access
- Fraudulent jobs or money requests
- Reverse-engineering the platform
8. Data, Privacy & Security

- ✔ We do NOT share details without consent
- ✔ Data stored securely
9. Job Accuracy Disclaimer
